Tenure and Promotion announcement

Today I achieved the greatest success of my entire career: I was informed that I will be granted promotion and tenure by Connecticut College. I began applying for jobs in academia in 2007, and today, I can let go of the worry of having to do it again. I can make Connecticut my home.
I am deeply grateful to and thankful for my family, friends, teachers, and colleagues who helped me get here, and without whom, I’m not sure I would have made it. Most of all - tenure means nothing without their love and support that makes my life possible, worth it, meaningful, and beautiful.
